it's pool fridee again lahverrrs. we have tonka, looking very introspective. or is it terrified of being in the water? yeah, terrified is probably more correct. if she's involved in looking for a ball or the evil water hose, she'll get in the pool but if she's just floating on the floatee? no so mo.
chuck splashing the tonkster. tonkster trying to eat an entire splash in one bite. we don't feed her for three days so she's ready for this event. gotta keep her hungry. hungry for splashes. mmmm, splashy.
speaking of splashing, this is matilda nearly drowning in a splashy splash. can you see her squinty eyes and her tilted nosey in the air? so she can breathe? air? yeah, chuck is mean and i am taking a picture. why am i brave enough to get right up in the splash zone with my beloved camera? yeah, because i might have been tipsy. see also, pictures of my bewbs.

this next one depicts a matilda who is trying to come to her becky for love and support and gets only the business end of a lens. look at those big huge sad eyes. that's some pretty choppy water we got there, eh?
it's bean* rainy here allweek the last two days. and so i may not be able to swimee. good news, though! netflix just delivered some moooovies! so there's that six hours. and then, tap, tap, tap. dot, dot, dot. who knows? maybe i'll just wallow in misery. i won't bore you with the details. because nobody wants details. they just want vague sentences that make you say, "what? is she talking about?"

i love tonka's face in the first pic. that dog face of "i don't really like this, all my muscles are flexed and waiting to flee but i will look at you all patheticlike until i am allowed to move, please let me move!" it's so easy to tell exactly what you are thinking
especially if you are a crazy dog mommy like me. i swear i can translate my dog's looks into words.
I spray my dog with the hose too hehe. But she would freak-the-hell-out if I put her in a pool. She wears a life jacket when we go to the lake.
