So, basically Trey keeps saying I hardly talk about him in the blog unless Im making fun of him. Well, he is a funny person 🙂 So I decided to write him a little letter to let him know how much he means to us.
You are my heart, my soul, and the string that holds this family unit together. I love you more and more everyday and am constantly amazed at the love you show us. Watching you with our beautiful little boy makes me the happiest momma and wife in the world. I love when you pull in the driveway and I have to hurry and open the door so Braxton can go running to meet you. I love watching him leap into your arms and that sweet hug and kiss you two share. I have learned so much as a parent from watching your love with Braxton.
You are constantly giving him examples of how to treat a woman. You show him how to love, how to respect, and how to honor. You give me silly little surprises that mean so much. You rub my feet when its YOU thats been on yours all day. You make sure I constantly am comfortable and have everything I need. You work so hard to provide for us and allow me to be the stay at home mom I want to be. You let me finish school, just because you understand how important it is to me. All of these wonderful things you do for me make me realize how unconditionally you love.
When we first met if someone had told me I was going to be marrying you, I would have laughed. I honestly truly thought maybe it was just a summer fling. A quick love that would soon fizzle out, because honestly, how could someone so amazing be so in love with me? But you were, and are, and Im so thankful and lucky! I know we have our problems and our issues as a married couple. We dont always agree on the parenting and we dont always agree on house chores. But at the end of the day, we understand disagreements are a part of marriage, and we work through them. You are wonderful–and way more than I deserve. I love you. I love you. I love you! Thanks for being who you are!
