Leaves are changing, night falls earlier , and Football is back in season. Know what that means?

I EL OH VEE EEE {that means LOVE} FALL!

The top 10 reasons I love Fall are simple.

1. It gets dark earlier

Oh praise the good Lord. I can convince my kids to go to bed earlier, because HELLO its dark already. No seriously, this works on my boys.

2. Football

My Georgia Bulldogs are 5th in the Nation and my Tennessee Titans, well we just wont talk about them.

We are a Football loving family. Even C has perfected his arms straight in the air, shouting TOUCHDOWN. The kid is 2. Also the size of a small linebacker.

3. Pumpkin Spice Latte

Need I say more? No.

4. Sweaters and boots.

I can throw a sweater on, some leggings, a pair of boots and I look stylish. Not like I just rolled out of bed and threw an outfit together in 4.6 minutes.

Also? Those sweaters hide my fat rolls like bikinis just cant. Oh who am I kidding? I don’t wear a friggin bikini.

5. Crunchy Leaves

I’m freaking weird OK? I love the sound of leaves crunching under my feet. I love the way they feel when you make a pile and jump in them.

6. Colors

Seriously? Burnt oranges, browns, maroons, dark greens. I just cannot get enough.

7. Pumpkin Spice Latte

Really, this just needs two mentions. Also? I’m hitting up a Starbucks stat.

8. Halloween

I am a sucker for a holiday I can decorate for. Halloween is my second favorite holiday, trumped only by Christmas.

My husband is a Halloween fanatic and I love dressing my kids up.

9. Our Pumpkin Patch

We have gone to the same rinky dink Pumpkin Patch for the last 4 years. Last year we went to two of them, to try to give the kids something different.

Nothing compares to the church that sells pumpkins on the side of the highway though. We love it. The old man that sells them is a sweetheart.

Don’t judge me.

10. Cooler Weather

I love the cold. I hate being hot. Simple as that.
